WHY IS THE SEMINAR BENEFICIAL TO YOU AND WHAT WILL YOU GAIN ?
NOT OF THE MASSED PRODUCED VARIETY but only taught to select people or select groups of people willing to do the hard yards and learn how to really defend themself. You will gain strength in learning the techniques that can help you and the people you care about. Also learn to teach others back home what you have been given the opportunity to learn. Further your knowledge in the Philippines, the home of Arnis/Escrima.

Don't believe the people that say "ALL the good instructors have left the Philippines".

WHERE IS THE SEMINAR TO BE HELD?
The Seminar location is not in the overcrowded hot city but in the cool secluded mountains of Cebu, in the Sudlon 2 Barrio of Cebu City. This area is only one hour from Cebu City. It is in the centre of Cebu Island. Some call Sudlon the Baguio of the Visayas. Some US writers claim that this area is the original home of a Nineteenth Century Doce Pares Society.

While at the Seminar we will be staying at the headquarters of the Cebu branch of the Philippine Federation of America (see left image). One of the oldest Filipino-American friendship society. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at the seminar. Accommodation at the seminar is included. The rooms are of a basic quality. Bedding, Shower, Toilet......Definitely not 5 star accommodation but livable. It's a training camp, that is not directed to pampering foreign tourists. Extend your training and/or have a holiday there or other parts of the Visayas after the seminar. Information on great areas, accommodation and travel can be obtained.
